Callie Crispin represents institutional investors in connection with securities litigation and complex commercial disputes. Most recently, Ms. Crispin was a key participant in the In re Alta Mesa Resources, Inc. Securities Litigation jury trial, which settled after three weeks of trial and resulted in a $126.3 million recovery on behalf of investors.
Ms. Crispin received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. During law school, she served as the Managing Editor of the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights, was active on the Interscholastic Mock Trial Team, and graduated with pro-bono honors. Ms. Crispin also received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with honors and special honors.
