Entwistle & Cappucci LLP Appointed Co-Lead Counsel in Focus Financial Partners, Inc. Securities Class Action

Entwistle & Cappucci LLP is pleased to announce that on March 21, 2024, the United States District Court for the District of Delaware appointed Entwistle & Cappucci LLP as Co-Lead Counsel in the securities class action against Focus Financial Partners, Inc. (“Focus Financial”).

The action alleges that Defendants materially misrepresented the sale process leading up to the merger of Focus Financial and Clayton, Dublier & Rice LLC by, among other things, omitting that Defendants failed to adequately solicit potential strategic acquirers for Focus Financial.

The parties have entered into a scheduling stipulation, subsequently ordered by the Court, designating that a consolidated complaint will be filed on or by June 4, 2024 and the anticipated motion to dismiss will be fully briefed by October 29, 2024.
